This is a pivotal role where you will support organisations across a variety of industries to create healthier, safer, and more productive working environments for their employees.This role offers variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a real difference, delivering high quality clinical services while providing guidance and support to both employers and employees.Key Responsibilities Deliver a full range of occupational health services including case management, fitness-for-work assessments, health surveillance, vaccinations, and phlebotomy.Provide clear, practical guidance drawing on professional judgement and up-to-date clinical knowledge.Work both independently and collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team.Support clients in reducing absence, facilitating return-to-work plans, and promoting a healthy working environment.Undertake clinical supervision and peer audits in relation to case management.Act as an ambassador for occupational health services, supporting health promotion initiatives and wellness activities.Ensure compliance with professional standards, company policies, and procedures, maintaining the highest standard of care.
