Occupational Health Advisor - Coventry - £45k

Role: OH Advisor
Location: Coventry (Hybrid)
Salary: £42-45k

Amber Mace are working with a forward thinking, leading OH Provider who are looking for an experienced OHA to join their team, supporting a key client in the Coventry area. You''ll be on site on day every fortnight, with the remaining time working from home.

Role:
- Focused on case management
- Able to handle a varied caseload of sickness absence referrals
- Conduct consultations
- Provide clear, concise reports
- Provide practical advice

It’s a nice mix of autonomy and support — you’ll be trusted to manage your own workload but still have access to clinical support and development when you need it.

Requirements:
- NMC registered (ideally with an OH qualification)
- Solid case management experience
- Able to work independently and manage deadlines
- Strong communication skills — written and verbal
