Occupational Health Advisor

Job Description: We are looking for Occupational Health Advisor. Responsibilities: Conduct occupational health assessments and provide professional advice on employee fitness for work. Deliver health surveillance and wellbeing initiatives. Provide case management support for long-term and short-term absence cases. Support compliance with health and safety legislation and organisational policies. Liaise with HR teams, managers, GPs, and other healthcare professionals when required. Essential Requirements: Registered Nurse qualification with Occupational Health experience. Qualification or specialist training in Occupational Health. Experience managing occupational health casework and sickness absence referrals. Strong knowledge of workplace health, wellbeing, and employment-related health matters. Ability to produce clear occupational health reports and recommendations. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Skill and Qualification: Experience in health surveillance and risk assessment. Knowledge of employment law and disability-related workplace adjustments.
