You will work with both claimant and defendant solicitors on cases involving clients who have sustained serious injury as a result of alleged clinical negligence or personal injury, either to: Provide expert opinion on whether there has been a breach of duty, and where appropriate, whether that breach may have caused or contributed to the injury/outcome.
