      <description>Location: Worthing | Salary: &amp;pound;37800/annum | Type: Permanent | Job Role: Observation Assessor – Health &amp; Social Care   Location:  South West England (Covering Portsmouth, Southampton, Bournemouth, Brighton and surrounding areas)  Salary:  up to £37,800+ OTE  Structure:      £33,000 Basic   £400 per month bonus upon achieving 40 observations per month   Additional £10 paid for every observation completed above the 40-target threshold     Contract:  Permanent, Full-Time  Hours:  Monday to Friday, 8:45am – 4:45pm     Please Note: Due to the nature of this role, a full UK drivers license &amp; access to own vehicle is required      Role Overview  We are recruiting an experienced Observation Assessor – Health &amp; Social Care to support apprenticeship delivery across the South West region. This is a field-based role focused on conducting high-quality workplace observations for learners undertaking Health &amp; Social Care qualifications delivered through City &amp; Guilds.
