The Role As the Observability Engineer, you''ll take ownership of the monitoring and observability landscape, ensuring critical services are measurable, visible and proactively managed through effective telemetry, alerting, reporting and analytics.Working closely with Service Delivery, Infrastructure and Engineering teams, you''ll embed observability best practices across both existing and new services, enabling data-driven decision making and continuous service improvement.You''ll be responsible for developing meaningful dashboards, optimising alerting strategies, supporting incident resolution, and driving operational excellence through improved visibility and insight.
