They are scaling their delivery team and looking for an Observability Engineer who wants to do some of the most interesting work in the space right now.This is a hands-on, client-facing role. You will be Embedded in complex enterprise environments, owning implementations end-to-end with BigPanda at the centre of the stack. If you are the kind of engineer who wants real ownership and hates sitting in a queue waiting for tickets - this is the role. WHAT YOU''LL BE DOING Owning end-to-end observability implementations with BigPanda as the primary AIOps platformIntegrating BigPanda with Datadog, Dynatrace, Splunk, PagerDuty, ServiceNow, and custom data sourcesConfiguring alert enrichment, correlation policies, maintenance windows, and automated incident workflowsLeading technical discovery and workshops directly with enterprise client stakeholdersBuilding alerting frameworks and dashboards that cut noise and surface what actually mattersEmbedding observability best practices within client engineering teamsContributing to internal tooling and accelerators that sharpen delivery across the ..... full job details .....
