You''ll design and execute operational acceptance testing, support service management activities, and validate system performance, monitoring, and support processes. What you''ll be doing: - Design and deliver Operational Acceptance Testing (OAT) activities. - Assess the operational readiness of AWS-hosted applications and services. - Work closely with service management and operations teams to support live services. - Validate monitoring, alerting and support processes using tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, New Relic and Elastic Stack. - Support testing and troubleshooting activities using Ansible, Bash scripting and system administration skills. - Test and validate telecommunications technologies, including 4G and 5G services.
