OASIS PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR (PARENTS AND CARERS) HOURS: FULL-TIME, 40 HOURS PER WEEK CONTRACT: FIXED TERM UNTIL 30th APRIL 2027 (MAT LEAVE COVER) SALARY: £28,051 per annum LOCATION: GREATER MANCHESTER In April 2021 we launched the GM Navigators project to support young people impacted by youth violence. In response to feedback from parents and carers, the PACS project was set up in 2023 to assist Parents and Carers identifying their child as ''at risk''. Since this the service has gone from strength to strength with Parents and Carers engaging from all 10 GM boroughs. We have securing funding to continue this project until 2027 with potential for further extensions. We are looking for an organised and pro-active Administrator who has a flair for setting up systems, maintaining databases, sorting paperwork and keeping processes on track, all while maintaining confidentiality and helping people from all walks of life. As this is a new project you will work with the Project Coordinator and Senior Practitioner to set up relevant systems, policy and procedure to ensure the smooth running of the project. We are looking for someone with solid administration experience including minute taking, using social media, as well as data management systems.
