An exciting opportunity to work as part of a growing End User Services UK department supporting multiple high profile clients. The role of o365/Mobile Device Management Senior Engineer will be a forward thinking position, across a broad range of work tasks across Collaborative Systems/Applications, Standard Operating Environments using standard support Toolsets, Capgemini processes and managing the Enterprise SystemsIf you are successfully offered this position, you will go through a series of pre-employment checks.For this position - you must hold or be eligible for SC clearance and be a sole uk national.Job Responsibilities:Undertaking performance monitoring, tuning, fault diagnosis, incident and request resolution including support for the team to undertake such tasksSupport and manage scheduling of Project work tasks and liaise with Project Managers to achieve planned deliverables.Automation of repeat tasks to create efficiency and remove error.Troubleshoot with and support o365 and MDM team members to achieve BAU SLA commitments.Produce working documentation/HLD re Toolset or service configuration.Involvement and leadership of new IT Infrastructure projects.Working across clients to share subject matter knowledge and experienceKey Requirements:Be Eligible or Hold SC ClearenceEmail System including:M365 ..... full job details .....
