O2C Global Process Owner

Role: O2C Global Process Owner Permanent Salary: £80k - £110k DOE Location: 3 days a week in Hampshire Company Stanton House is partnering with a large, complex international organisation undergoing a significant finance transformation programme to appoint a Global Process Owner within its Finance function. Operating across multiple geographies through a shared services model, the organisation is investing heavily in process standardisation, digital enablement, governance, and operational excellence. This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of a global finance operating model, driving consistency, control, and performance across a multinational environment. Role The successful candidate will take ownership of a critical end-to-end O2C global finance process, ensuring it is designed, governed, and operated to the highest standards of efficiency, control, and compliance. Working at the intersection of finance, systems, and transformation, you will define and execute the global process strategy, aligning process design, technology, data governance, and controls to support a future-ready finance function. This is a senior leadership position with responsibility for driving standardisation, automation, continuous improvement, and governance across multiple regions.
