Role PurposeMy client, a Global Business Services Group, is looking for a Global Process Owner (GPO) for Order-to-Cash (O2C) is accountable for the design, governance, performance, and continuous improvement of the end-to-end O2C process across the business.Working closely with Finance, Commercial, Operations, Technology, and outsourced BPO partners, the GPO will drive process standardisation, automation, operational excellence, and working capital performance, ensuring scalable and customer-centric processes that support business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess OwnershipOwn and govern the global O2C process, including customer onboarding, billing, collections, cash application, credit management, and dispute resolution.Define global standards, controls, policies, and KPIs.Drive process consistency across regions and business units.BPO and Service Delivery ManagementLead the relationship with outsourced O2C service providers.Manage service performance against agreed SLAs and KPIs.Drive accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across delivery teams.Transformation and Continuous ImprovementIdentify and deliver opportunities for automation, simplification, and process optimisation.Lead O2C transformation initiatives, supporting ERP and finance transformation programmes.Champion best practice and ..... full job details .....
