The school supports pupils who may have autism, social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH), ADHD, speech, language and communication needs, learning difficulties, sensory needs and challenging behaviour. As a Nurture Teaching Assistant, you will play an important role in helping pupils feel safe, understood and ready to learn.You will provide individualised support to pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups, both in the classroom and within nurture or intervention spaces. Your work will focus on building strong, trusting relationships, supporting emotional regulation, promoting positive behaviour and helping pupils develop confidence, independence and social skills.Working closely with teachers, the SENCO, therapists and pastoral staff, you will help to deliver structured learning activities and targeted interventions that meet pupils'' individual needs.
