Key Responsibilities
- Support individual and small group learning for students with SEMH and SEND needs
- Encourage emotional regulation, positive behaviour, and social skills
- Work closely with the teacher and therapy staff to deliver personalised support
- Help maintain a calm, consistent classroom environment
- Build strong relationships with students, families, and the wider staff team
- Monitor and share observations to inform student progress
- Follow all safeguarding procedures and contribute to a safe learning space
