Nurture Teacher - Year 9 ICT and Media

Nurture Teacher Year 9 ICT and Media TARA Professional Recruitment are working in partnership with a specialist SEN secondary school in Telford to recruit a Nurture Teacher to support a Year 9 nurture provision, with a focus on ICT and Media. This is a full-time position commencing on 28th September and offered on a rolling basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a Nurture Teacher who is passionate about supporting pupils with additional needs and is committed to creating a calm, structured and engaging learning environment. The school provides specialist support and education for pupils with additional needs and is committed to helping every pupil develop their confidence, independence and academic potential. The successful candidate will join a dedicated team of staff who work collaboratively to provide a supportive and personalised approach to learning. The role As a Nurture Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging and accessible lessons to a Year 9 nurture group, with a particular focus on ICT and Media. The successful Nurture Teacher will adapt teaching and learning to meet the individual needs, abilities and learning styles of pupils. You will use a range of teaching strategies and resources to encourage engagement, build confidence and support pupils to make progress.
