The full-time role involves working with KS3 and KS4 students within small group settings, focusing on emotional well-being, academic development, personal growth and emotional regulation. Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and interactive teaching and learning. Build strong and long-lasting relationships with students to help foster an inclusive and safe learning environment. Create a nurturing learning environment across the classroom, to help learners develop independent skills, promote social development and encourage emotional regulation. Encourage academic growth of key core subjects such as English, Maths, Science and PHSE. Liaise with classroom support staff in managing behaviour across all learners, de-escalating crisis behaviour and implementing diversion techniques and strategies.
