The School and Students This is a nurturing setting for Key Stages 3 and 4 pupils who are working at a primary level due to missed learning, trauma, or underlying needs. Most students have a combination of Autism, ADHD, and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges. The behaviour can be complex at times, but it always comes from a place of unmet need. They value calm, creative, and compassionate teachers who see beyond the behaviour and work from a place of empathy and consistency.
