Nurture Teacher

A Nurture Teacher is required for an excellent specialist secondary school in the Newcastle area. As a Nurture Teacher you will be working with Secondary age learners who are working at a lower level. This is a full-time role that will begin as soon as possible and will be on going. The school is mixed sex pupils and has supportive and friendly staff and managers.

The ideal candidate would:

• Have good classroom management skills
• Teach social skills, emotional regulation, and communication alongside academic lessons
• Be able to organise themselves
• Create a safe environment that mirrors a nurturing home-like setting

In addition, you must:

• Provide two referees we can contact

• Have a DBS form or be prepared to obtain one

Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications.
