We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurture Teacher in Luton to join our specialist provision within the education and training sector. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs, particularly those with social, emotional and mental health needs.

As a Nurture Teacher, Luton, education and training sector, you will create a safe, structured and supportive environment where pupils can develop emotional regulation, confidence and positive relationships with learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored nurture-based learning sessions
• Support pupils with SEMH and additional learning needs
• Build trusting, supportive relationships with pupils
• Promote emotional wellbeing and positive behaviour strategies
• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and external agencies
• Contribute to EHCP targets and pupil progress tracking

About You

We are looking for a Nurture Teacher in Luton who is:

• A qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent)
• Experienced or passionate about SEN/SEMH education
• Calm, patient and resilient
• Skilled in relationship-building with vulnerable learners
• Committed to inclusive and therapeutic approaches
