Nurture Support Assistant (Thrive Approach)Location: Darwen Contract: Temporary (January 2026 - July 2026) with potential to become permanent Hours: Full-time, term-time onlyAbout the Role: We are seeking a caring and proactive Nurture Support Assistant to join our mainstream primary school in Darwen. This role is perfect for someone trained in the Thrive Approach (or willing to train) who can deliver targeted emotional and social support to children who need it most.You will work across all classes, pulling small groups of pupils for structured sessions that build resilience, confidence, and positive relationships.
