We are particularly interested in individuals who have experience helping young people re-engage with education, rebuild confidence and rediscover a love of learning, with the long-term aim of supporting successful reintegration back into school wherever appropriate. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is highly desirable but not essential. We welcome applications from teachers and education professionals from  EYFS, Primary, Secondary and Alternative Provision backgrounds (EYFS–KS4) , as well as experienced mentors and practitioners with a proven track record of supporting vulnerable or disengaged learners.
