This is a senior leadership opportunity for a RGN or RMN qualified nurse with strong experience in nursing home management, multi-site operations, CQC compliance and clinical governance.This role is ideal for an experienced Area / Regional / Operations Manager or a high-performing Nursing Home Manager ready to step up. Key Responsibilities of Operations Manager / Area Manager / Regional Manager• Operational and clinical leadership across multiple nursing homes• Line management, coaching and performance oversight of Home Managers• Ensure consistent CQC compliance, safeguarding, MCA and DoLS across all services• Drive quality improvement, innovation and best practice, including technology-enabled care• Lead service improvement, turnaround and performance management where required• Oversee occupancy, staffing, budgets and operational KPIs• Build strong relationships with CQC, commissioners, MDTs, residents and families• Ensure outstanding, person-centred care is delivered at all times Essential Requirements of Operations Manager / Area Manager / Regional Manager (Must-Have) RGN or RMN qualified (NMC registered)Proven experience in ..... full job details .....
