Nursing Home Manager

The Role As the Nursing Home Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the operational and clinical management of the service. You will lead and develop your team, ensure compliance with CQC regulations, manage budgets and resources effectively, and create a positive environment where residents receive outstanding care. Key Responsibilities Lead the overall management and performance of the nursing home. Ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred care. Maintain full compliance with CQC regulations and quality standards. Drive continuous improvement and prepare for CQC inspections. Lead, motivate and develop multidisciplinary teams.
