PERMANENT JOB NURSING HOME MANAGER

LOCATION: -SHOREHAM-

SALARY CIRCA -70,000 pa plus bonus

We are recruiting an experienced -Nursing Home -Manager to manage a large purpose built Nursing in Shoreham -which is operated by a well respected Care provider. -

As a the Nursing Home Manager, -you will have:-

• Previous experience in a similar position, preferably managing a -50 + bedded home
• Previous experience of improving working practices in the home
• Good leadership skills, high work ethic and positive approach-
• NVQ level 4 or 5
• Registered Manager Award, is beneficial, but not essential-
• Experience with an elderly care is a must-
• Qualified Nurse with an active PIN
