Job Title: Registered Manager – Care Home (Mental Health, Physical Disabilities, Young Adults)Location: New MaldenSalary: Up to £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience)Hours: Full TimeSector: Health and Social CareAre you an experienced Registered Manager with a passion for providing high-quality care to young adults with complex needs?We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Manager to lead a specialist care home providing support for individuals with mental health conditions, physical disabilities, and complex care needs. This is a full-time, permanent role offering a highly competitive salary of up to £65,000 for the right candidate.About the Role:As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring compliance with CQC standards, and promoting the highest standards of care and support for residents. You will lead and manage a multidisciplinary team, oversee care planning and delivery, and maintain a safe, supportive environment.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the care home in line with CQC regulations and best practiceEnsure all residents receive person-centred, high-quality care tailored to their individual needsSupervise, mentor and develop staff members to maintain a positive and professional care cultureMaintain accurate records, care plans, and risk assessmentsBuild and maintain strong relationships with families, external professionals and stakeholdersDrive continuous improvement and maintain or improve the home''s CQC ratingRequirements:Proven experience as a Registered Manager within a similar care settingStrong background in mental health, complex care, and physical disabilitiesIn-depth knowledge of CQC regulations, with a track record of achieving and maintaining Good or Outstanding ratingsIdeally hold a Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care (NVQ 5)Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skillsA Nurse PIN (NMC registration) is desirable but not essentialBenefits:Competitive salary up to £65,000, depending on experienceSupportive senior management and professional development opportunitiesA rewarding role where you can make a lasting difference in people''s livesTo apply, please send your CV to
