You will lead from the front, creating a positive culture for both residents and staff while maintaining strong relationships with families, professionals, and regulatory bodies.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirementsLead, motivate, and develop a multidisciplinary teamDrive quality improvement and maintain high standards of care and safetyManage budgets and ensure financial sustainability of the serviceBuild strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholdersEnsure full compliance with CQC standards and work towards achieving/maintaining a Good or Outstanding ratingRequirementsRegistered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a valid NMC pin (preferred but not essential depending on ..... full job details .....
