An exclusive care provider is seeking an experienced Nursing Home Manager - ideally nurse qualified but will consider a Manager with extensive Nursing Home experience. This is a permanent position at a stunning, well-respected service in Lincoln. This facility boasts a cinema room, hairdressers, and all the little luxuries to ensure residents are care for. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee a large nursing home
- Ensure high standards of care and service delivery
- Utilize strong business acumen to drive home performance
- Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Encourage and support initiative and innovation among staff

Qualifications:
- RGN, RMN, or RNLD qualified - Or experienced Manager within Nursing environment
- Proven experience managing a large care home
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
