Nursing Home Manager Large Nursing Home Bath / Frome Area Salary: Competitive DOE Full Time Permanent JCO Healthcare is delighted to be working with an established, independently owned care provider to appoint an experienced Home Manager for a large, well-established nursing home in Somerset. This is an excellent opportunity to take leadership of an amazing nursing home with a Good CQC rating, working closely with the owner and senior leadership team. The Role As Home Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the day-to-day leadership of the home, ensuring consistently high standards of care while creating a positive environment for residents, families and colleagues. Key responsibilities will include: Providing strong, visible leadership across the home Maintaining high standards of quality, compliance and governance Leading, developing and supporting the home''s management and care teams Ensuring the home remains fully compliant with CQC requirements Building positive relationships with residents, relatives and external professionals Supporting occupancy, recruitment, retention and the overall commercial performance of the home Driving a positive culture centred around quality and person-centred care The Candidate We would be particularly interested in speaking with: Experienced Home Managers from a nursing or elderly care background Strong Deputy Managers ready to take the next step, where they can demonstrate suitable large-home leadership experience Managers ..... full job details .....
