Essential Registered Nurse with an active PIN QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management Proven experience managing a large bedded nursing home Extensive experienceleading and developing large staff teams Excellent organisational, ITand leadership skills.
A resilient and proactive approach, with the ability to remain calm under pressure A passion for providing outstanding care and creating a welcoming, supportive environment The starting salary for this position is £65,000, however, is negotiable depending on experience.
