Nursing Home Manager

Hoop Nursing and Social Care are seeking an experienced Nursing Home Manager to join a long-standing nurse and care team in the Porthcawl area.

As the Nursing Home Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the effective management and operation of the home, ensuring quality, compliance and resident wellbeing remain at the core-of everything you do. You will be expected to be present, and visible, working closely with your team, residents, families and external professionals.-

Essential:

• Must be a Registered Nurse with an active PIN
• Must have Nursing Home Manager experience-
• Must have the QCF Level 5 in Management-
