Salary: £65,000 per annum (Negotiable D.O.E)
Location: Harrogate, North Yorkshire

You will hold a valid NMC registration and deliver high-quality care in a safe, compliant, and well-led service. Leading with integrity, you will foster a positive culture where colleagues feel respected, supported, and motivated.

Nursing Home Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring excellent care and service.
• Lead and inspire care teams, promoting high standards.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain CQC excellence.
• Build strong relationships with residents’ families and stakeholders.

Nursing Home Manager Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and access to a car
• Experience as a CQC-registered Nursing Home Manager
• IT proficiency
