Nursing Home Manager Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring excellent care and service. Lead and inspire care teams, promoting high standards. Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain CQC excellence. Build strong relationships with residents'' families and stakeholders.
