This provider is seeking a Home Manager for their well-established, purpose-built and Good rated home in the Peterborough area. The Home Manager in Peterborough will: • Ensure the homes continued compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements. • Lead an established staff team ensuring they are effectively trained and motivated to deliver the very highest standards of care. • Ensure the home and staff provide the best levels of service to residents and families. • Oversee occupancy levels and be responsible for the budget management of the home. • Ensure robust audit and governance processes are in place.
