Nursing Home Manager

Hoop Nursing are seeking an experienced and resilient Nursing Home Manager to manage-a-large-bedded-nursing home in the-Newport area. This is a brilliant-opportunity for a highly experienced, proven leader with experience in managing both a substantial size service and large staff team.

As the Home Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the-home, ensuring the highest standards of care, safety, and compliance. You will provide strong-leadership, fostering a positive and supportive culture for residents, families, and staff.-

Essential

• Registered Nurse with an active PIN

• QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management

• Proven experience managing a large bedded nursing home-

• Extensive experience-leading and developing large staff teams

• Excellent organisational, IT-and leadership skills.

• A resilient and proactive approach, with the ability to remain calm under pressure

• A passion for providing outstanding care and creating a welcoming, supportive environment

The starting salary for this position is -65,000, however, is negotiable depending on experience.
