Due to strategic initiatives for growth and enhancement of services, our Client is seeking a Nursing Home Manager to join their team. This pivotal role will involve overseeing the day-to-day operations of the nursing home, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained for all residents.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of care professionals to deliver person-centred care.
• Monitor and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
• Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with residents and their families.
• Oversee budget management and financial performance of the nursing home.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and staff development.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Registered Nurse qualification with valid NMC PIN.
• Proven experience in elderly care.
• Proven experience in a senior management role within a healthcare setting.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
• Excellent understanding of regulatory frameworks and quality standards.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
