Nursing Home Manager

We are recruiting for a Nursing Home Manager for a small home in East Sussex.

This role offers you full autonomy to lead and shape the future of the Home - You will be tasked with managing the day to day and taking lead on the new development that is due to begin work in 2026.

Essential Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills
• Valid NMC pin
• Clear understanding of clinical and CQC standards
• Previous experience in a managerial role within a nursing home setting
