Claire at Amber Mace is working on behalf of a respected and forward-thinking care provider to recruit a Registered Nursing Home Manager for one of their established and reputable services in Birmingham. This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive organisation that is truly committed to high standards of care and staff development.
The Role:
You will take full operational responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home, leading your team to deliver exceptional, person-centred care. The home is already performing well and has a solid reputation, but we’re looking for a dynamic manager who can continue to drive quality improvements and inspire a positive, empowering culture.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience managing a nursing or residential care home (essential)
- Registered Nurse qualification (RGN/RMN)
- Strong knowledge of CQC standards with a good inspection history
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- A genuine passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care
Salary & Benefits:
