40 hours per week - shared on call duty

Elite Search Associates are currently looking for a Home Manager (RGN, RMN or RNLD) to join a fantastic elderly nursing home in Mansfield.

Package for the Home Manager (RGN, RMN or RNLD) but not limited to:

• -55,000 per annum
• 40 hours per week
• Flexible working pattern i.e. 08:00-16:00, 08:30-16:30 or 09:00-17:00
• An opportunity to work in a home with a good CQC rating

Home Manager (RGN, RMN or RNLD) requirements:

• RGN, RMN or RNLD qualification
• Active NMC PIN number
• Our client will consider someone looking to take the next step in their career i.e. a current Clinical Lead/Deputy Manager.
• Strong leader and confident in delivering excellent clinical leadership and line management
• Excellent knowledge of working within and to the CQC code of conduct guidelines.
