Nursing Home Manager

Hoop Nursing are seeking a highly experienced, skilled and motivated Nursing Home Manager to lead a-large-bedded and-well-established nursing home in the RCT area. This is an incredible-opportunity for a dynamic leader who is passionate about delivering the highest standards of care and operational excellence.

As Home Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring the highest quality of care for residents. You will provide strong, supportive leadership to your team, maintaining and excelling compliance with company-standards and driving continuous improvement across all aspects of the service.

Essential

• Must be a Registered Nurse with an active PIN
• Must have the Level 5 in Leadership & Management
