Are you an experienced Home Manager looking for an opportunity to lead a large, well established care home through its next phase of development and success?

We are seeking a passionate and commercially astute Clinical Home Manager to take the helm of a luxury care home offering nursing, residential and dementia care. This is an exciting opportunity to provide long-term leadership, build on recent improvements, and drive exceptional standards of care and operational performance.

As Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and performance of the home, ensuring outstanding person-centred care is delivered whilst maintaining compliance, occupancy, team engagement and financial performance.

Key responsibilities include:
-Leading and inspiring a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional resident care
-Ensuring the home consistently meets regulatory, professional and statutory requirements
-Driving quality standards and continuous improvement across all departments
-Managing recruitment, retention, development and succession planning for the team
-Building positive relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals and external stakeholders
-Maintaining safe staffing levels in line with occupancy and dependency needs
-Managing budgets effectively and ensuring strong commercial performance
-Creating a positive culture where residents and colleagues can thrive

To be considered for this role, you will have:
-Ideal candidate will have a current NMC registration-
-Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification (or equivalent)
-Senior management experience within a large care home environment
-Proven experience managing nursing services within a regulated setting
-Strong understanding of CQC regulations and quality frameworks
-Excellent leadership, communication and people management skills
-Commercial awareness and experience managing budgets and occupancy

Salary:-
-Circa -85,000 per annum + neg DOSE
-Bonus scheme worth up to 25% of salary
-28 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays
-Private medical insurance
