Nursing Home ManagerLocation: AngusSalary: £60,000 per annum We''re looking for an experienced Nursing Home Manager to lead a well-established nursing home in Angus, part of a large, reputable care provider. The home currently holds Care Inspectorate grades of 4 (Good), and we''re seeking a confident leader to maintain high standards and drive continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities Lead and inspire a high-performing care team.Deliver safe, person-centred nursing and residential care.Ensure compliance with Care Inspectorate standards and regulatory requirements.Manage quality, staffing, budgets and occupancy.Build positive relationships with residents, families and healthcare professionals.Promote a culture of continuous improvement and excellent resident outcomes. About You Previous experience managing a nursing home.Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a valid NMC Pin preferred.Strong knowledge of Care Inspectorate standards and Scottish care regulations.Proven leadership, people management and organisational skills.Experience achieving positive inspection outcomes and managing home performance.
