A nursing home in the Paisley area has an exciting opportunity for an experienced RGN or RMN or RNLD Registered Nurse to work as Deputy Manager.
Details of this Nursing Deputy Manager position and what the home is offering:

As Nursing Deputy Manager your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Working alongside the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the home
- Coordinating and managing the care and nursing staff
- Leading the delivery of person-centred care for residents with dementia and nursing needs
- Completing clinical assessments, updating care plans, and producing detailed risk assessments
- Administering and ordering medication
- Supervising, appraising, and developing staff, ensuring effective performance management
- Supporting with clinical audits and ensuring compliance with Care Inspectorate standards
Applicants for this Nursing Deputy Manager position should meet the following criteria:
- NMC registered Adult General Nurse/RGN or Mental Health Nurse/RMN or Learning Disabilities Nurse/RNLD
- Previous experience in a deputy manager or senior clinical leadership role
- Confident in leading, developing, and motivating a team of Nurses and Care Assistants
- Good knowledge of Care Inspectorate standards
- Excellent communication skills with a sensitive and empathetic approach
