In this role you will work closely with the Home Manager to lead on clinical care across the home, developing high-performing teams and delivering exceptional, relationship-centred care Key Responsibilities Support the Registered Manager with responsibility for clinical careLead, develop and inspire the care and clinical teamSupport recruitment, training, supervision and performance managementEnsure safe, effective and high-quality care planning and deliveryOversee medication management in line with NMC guidanceSupport audits, inspections and regulatory compliancePromote an open, honest and positive clinical cultureWork collaboratively to deliver dignified, relationship-centred care Requirements Registered Nurse with NMC registrationWilling to work towards ILM Level 5Strong leadership experience in a clinical care settingExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsCommitment to high-quality, professional careBasic IT skills Hours Contracted hours: Approx. 40-45 hours per weekTypical pattern: Two long days + three shorter days (or equivalent)7-day rota: Monday-Sunday ..... full job details .....
