Nursery Worker - Bank Staff (Agency)Location: FulhamSalary: £12.50 to £15 per hourHours: 8:30am to 6:30pm (Monday to Friday) Contract: Temp, Full-time, Part-timeWe are looking for a enthusiastic childcare professional with experience, Nursery Practitioners / Nursery Assistant on a bank basis.The creche will cater for children with age between 1 and 6 years old, providing childcare services for a private members'' club (within the New Fulham Stadium).The role of the Nursery Practitioner / Assistant involves:Being proactive whilst using your initiative throughout the working day to support the staff team.Being a team player.Caring for the children''s well-being.Safeguarding the children and having their best interests at heart.Educating the children in a play-based environment.Fully engaging and interacting with the children whilst supporting their individual needs. Requirements: Bank StaffHold a relevant Early Years qualification (Level 2 or Level 3)Unqualified 1 year previous experience working in nursery or childcare settingsBe passionate about supporting children''s development and learningPossess excellent communication and interpersonal skillsBe flexible and adaptable to different nursery environmentsDemonstrate a positive and professional attitudeHave the ability to use their initiativeHave a strong understanding of safeguarding proceduresBe able to work independently as well as part of a teamShow a commitment to ongoing professional developmentBe willing to travel up ..... full job details .....
