As Nursery Team Manager, you will lead a passionate team of early years practitioners to deliver high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5. You''ll be based daily at the Bow nursery, working opposite the Deputy Manager on a rota of either 8:00-17:00 or 9:00-18:00, ensuring consistent leadership presence. In addition to your Bow responsibilities, you''ll also provide supervision and support to the Deputy Manager at the Hackney nursery, maintaining oversight and ensuring alignment across both sites.
