Nursery Teaching Assistant£21,801 based on 32.5 hours, working 39 weeks; Paid for 44.45 weeks (FTE £29,111)Mayplace Primary School is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and caring Nursery Teaching Assistant to join our team from the start of the new term. We offer a supportive, collaborative environment with access to trust-wide training and development opportunities.About the RoleYou will work alongside the Nursery Teacher to support children''s learning, development, and wellbeing in a warm, stimulating Early Years environment.Day to day this includes:Supporting the delivery of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.Helping to plan and deliver engaging play-based activities.Supervising and supporting children during learning, play, and routines (including care needs such as toileting and feeding, where required).Observing and recording children''s progress and development.Building positive relationships with children, parents, and carers.Maintaining a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment.What we''re looking for:A relevant childcare or education qualification (e.g. Level 2 / 3 in Early Years or equivalent).Experience working with children in ..... full job details .....
