Nursery Teacher Job Summary We are seeking a Nursery Teacher to join our vibrant childcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their development through engaging activities and personalised care. Hours : Monday - Friday , Term Time Only, 12 weeks paid holidays, excellent further training and career progression opportunities. Duties and responsibilities Plan and deliver age-appropriate educational activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development. Supervise and support children during play, learning, and mealtime, ensuring their safety at all times. Foster a warm, inclusive environment that encourages curiosity and confidence among children. Maintain accurate records of children''s progress and communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child''s development. Lead and manage a team of nursery assistants and practioners, providing guidance and support to ensure high standards of care and education are maintained. Organise daily routines, including arrival, departure, rest periods, and outdoor play sessions. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, safeguarding policies, and early years curriculum standards.
