The setting provides a welcoming and supportive environment, with a strong focus on ensuring children feel safe, happy and encouraged throughout their Early Years development.The nursery is looking to appoint a Deputy Nursery Manager on a full-time, permanent basis with an ASAP start. The successful Deputy Nursery Manager will support the Nursery Manager with the day-to-day running of the setting, leading and supporting staff while ensuring high standards of safeguarding, care and Early Years provision are maintained.The successful Deputy Nursery Manager will have:• A relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification or above• Experience working within an Early Years or nursery setting• Previous leadership, supervisory or Deputy Nursery Manager experience• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage / EYFS• A good understanding of safeguarding requirements• A friendly, nurturing and confident approach to supporting children and staffIn return for the ..... full job details .....
