What Weandrsquo;re Looking For:

• QTS and experience in Early Years education
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
• Warm, patient, and creative teaching approach
• Ability to develop childrenandrsquo;s social, emotional, and academic growth
• Team player with excellent communication and organisational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver stimulating learning experiences through play and exploration
• Observe, assess, and record childrenandrsquo;s progress in line with EYFS standards
• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and parents to support childrenandrsquo;s development
• Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school events
