The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the Nursery class and will be expected to undertake the full range of class teacher responsibilities throughout the maternity cover period.The RoleAs the Nursery Teacher, you will:Take full responsibility for the Nursery class and its day-to-day provision.Plan and deliver engaging, purposeful and developmentally appropriate learning experiences.Provide a stimulating Early Years environment that supports children''s learning and development.Assess children''s progress and maintain accurate records in line with school expectations.Support children''s personal, social and emotional development.Work closely with teaching assistants and other staff to ensure high-quality provision.Build positive relationships with children, parents, carers and colleagues.Contribute fully to the wider life of the school.Ensure safeguarding and welfare remain a priority at all times.
